SHIPPING POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA):

  1. We do FREE domestic shipping.
  2. All the domestic orders within India will be scheduled to be processed within 2 days and shipping will be undertaken through a local courier company ( shiprocket ).
  3. Most of the domestic delivery orders are made within 5 working days of maximum tenure.
  4. As soon as the products are shipped from our side, you will receive the tracking details through Email from us.
  5. All the products are double packed with waterproof and corrugated box inorder to ensure the safe delivery of your products.
  6. Please note that the delay in delivery can be possible due to the ongoing COVID pandemic situation depending on your location and containment zones.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

  1. The International orders are shipped to your location through an Internatonal courier company with a two day process period.
  2. We ship your products through best International courier companies integrated through DHL.
  3. The shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) will be sent to you via Email along with courier company details immediately after the products are shipped to your location.
  4. The status of your package can be tracked via the logistic partner’s website or through their customer support number.
  5. Most of the foreign delivery orders are made within 15 working days of maximum tenure.
  6. Theni Anantham is not responsible for delay caused by the customs office and the customer not being available during the time of delivery.
  7. The Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) will be informed only before shipping of the goods and should not be charged while you are placing the order. In the event of such situations, you need to pay the surcharge via the website within 3 days.
  8. In case of any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied, during the process will be applicable to you. You will be liable to pay the carrier incase such charges arise.
